ApartmentADDA aims to build a network of accountants and facility managers and expand to international markets like Middle East, apart from large Indian cities. It will also use the money to develop technologies for new services like online concierge and appliance servicing. Launched in 2008, ApartmentADDA has tied up with 3,600 apartment and villa communities across India. The firm which has a user base of 1.6 lakh high end home owners and residents has been profitable since 2012.
